“AIR FORCE”

20 Thrusters (95#/65#)

20 SDHP (95#/65#)

20 Push jerks (95#/65#)

20 Overhead squats (95#/65#)

20 Front squats (95#/65#)

Every minute on the minute perform 4 burpees.

    On my own, 10:54 rx… not sure if I did the push jerk right – each time was from the rack position???

    Good luck Wilson keep in touch! The last time I did this wod I got a fat DNF it’s a tough one.. This time I started out with 75# but had to finish using a 25# plate to get through the OHS and the front Squats. My time was like 13: something. I’m a little sore this morning so whatever I did was effective.
