August 22, 2011Good luck Wilson keep in touch! The last time I did this wod I got a fat DNF it’s a tough one.. This time I started out with 75# but had to finish using a 25# plate to get through the OHS and the front Squats. My time was like 13: something. I’m a little sore this morning so whatever I did was effective.
