Programming

CROSSFIT PASSAIC VALLEY programs our daily WOD a little differently than other affiliates in the area. Over the years we have found that a 3-on, 1-off, 2-on, 1-off workout schedule works best. It incorporates five WODs per week while at the same time allowing for adequate recovery for all ability levels.

We are open seven days a week with WOD sessions flexible enough to accommodate everyone. Requests for sessions at additional times will be addressed during our “foundations” program as demand increases.

Monday and Friday are our rest days; however, during the posted times on these days, members may come in to work on a certain skill and/or mobility or make up a missed weekend WOD. We feel that this makes CROSSFIT PASSAIC VALLEY the most available to those who have very busy weekends as well as those who only have time on the weekends.
