    6 rounds (105#) Jumping CTB. Pete are you going to be there at 4 tomorrow for foundations cause its the only time I can fit the WOD in tomorrow? If not no worries.

    Actually Nick, tomorrow is the first day that I don’t have any foundations sessions in the afternoon. I was planning on hanging out with Paige before she forgets what I look like. If anything changes I’ll call you.

    Did this in Sussex with a 45# bar and a pair of wood plates everything else I had was too much weight…. Had to go to knees with some of the later round pushups. Used a abmat for the Situps. 11:27
