    This is CrossFit Providence’s WOD today. What the hell does this mean????

    Accumulate 15 Wall Climbs
    Shoulder mobility
    EMOTM for 10 min 1x Push Jerk (90% of 1RM)
    Death by Calorie Row (Pretty sure I know what this is!)

    I am supposed to go at 7:30, but I might chicken out and make up today’s workout on Friday. Email or call me back when you get a chance.
