Accumulate 2 minutes of L-sit holds.

Run 400m every time you touch touch down.

      Considering that nine and a half months ago you couldn’t do a knee push up, jump on anything higher than a foot of the ground and your back squat was 25 pounds, I think that’s an incredibe! You’ve come a long way, but now it’s time to set some new goals. I’ll see you tomorrow.
