    They dug up the one side of Union BLVD and are going to finish digging it up tonight, but not sure when it will start. There should be crazy traffic again like yesterday starting after 5.

    10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 sets of sit ups and a 100m sprint between each set
    13:44 (give or take due to restarting the treadmill every time and doing what I THINK was 100m–but I am sweating up a storm!!!)
