    “Susan”–Run 200m, 10 squats, 10 push-ups–5 rounds
    11:29–give or take some time. Had to jump on, off, and restart the treadmill every time. Plus I think I ran more than 200m every time cause it was hard to tell how far I was going. Going to attempt to do the workout outside tomorrow…..next to Seneca Lake in the Fingerlakes. So romantic!!! lol P.S. Back is good, and I have not been able to stop and do the stretches yet. Traffic has had me on a time crunch all week!!!
