    Power Clean & Jerk:
    1 RM 160#

    Most I ever attempted before still need to get under the bar with heavier weights but still + 20# PR on both lifts. Need to work on getting under that bar!

    Clean and Jerk: 185# (1st time doing clean and jerk for max but 20#PR on clean)
