    Road WOD
    Couldn’t make it to CFNE, so used the hotel ‘gym’

    Ran an interval 5k- 5mph,6mph,5mph,7mph,5mph~to 12mph 31 minutes

    Tabata HRPU – only 61, worse than last time, but smoked from thrusters yesterday
