CFPV is grassroots! Before opening our doors on June 18, 2011, we loaded equipment and our daughter into the truck, went to the local park or high school with a group of friends and “did CrossFit.” We did that until the weather got cold and then set up in a friend’s one car garage. We eventually moved to their 2 car garage and then when we had too many people for the space, our friends encouraged us to officially open a CrossFit gym. Within 2 months, our doors were open to the community and WOW! In 13 years, together, we have built more than a community. We built a family! Thank you to everyone who has come through our door and been a part of our life, our journey!
