    Why do 1 workout a day for a week, if you can do 1 weeks worth of workouts in 1 day and rest for the rest of the week?

    Team Northside Jax & Mailman Jax did this Rx. I used (BB PUs,RB RDs, 65# Snatch, 185 DL) I think it was 3 rounds plus 5 PPT.
