CFPV is grassroots! Before opening our doors on Ju

CFPV is grassroots! Before opening our doors on June 18, 2011, we loaded equipment and our daughter into the truck, went to the local park or high school with a group of friends and “did CrossFit.” We did that until the weather got cold and then set up in a friend’s one car garage. We eventually moved to their 2 car garage and then when we had too many people for the space, our friends encouraged us to officially open a CrossFit gym. Within 2 months, our doors were open to the community and WOW! In 13 years, together, we have built more than a community. We built a family! Thank you to everyone who has come through our door and been a part of our life, our journey! Everyday has been “better than yesterday!” #cfpv #crossfit #northjersey #fitness #passaiccounty #community
