    There is no gym in my hotel tonight. So the workout was to spend 5 minutes in a handstand or headstand. I just worked on trying to hold myself up on the wall. I think I held one for like 5 seconds. The others were literally touch and down….and then the people in the room next to me banged on the wall!!!!
