    1x push press
    1x back squat
    1x push press
    Rx (135/95#)
    Active rest – all rest between rounds done in plank position.

    Did this WOD at CrossFit Firebase Orlando as prescribed.

    36:32 (75#) *ran hills in neighborhood more or less 600m. After yesterday that was a tough one!
