Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 Snatch (75#/45#)
30 Snatch (135#/75#)
30 Snatch (165#/100#)
Snatch (210#/120#), as many reps as possible

    I made my attempt today at Crossfit Resurgence. The 30 @ 75# flew by but with 4:00 left after changing my weights and setting up. I was unable to match my previous PR of 135# I made several failed attempts @ 135# even with a group of Crossfit strangers cheering my efforts. I just was unable to get under that bar fast enough. Good luck today everyone! Get those first lighter ones done as fast as possible so you can focus on your tougher ones. Greg you got this, it’s got your name all over it! The snatch goes on that big list of things I need to work on. See you on Thursday.
