    10 Burpees
    30 Yard Waiters Walk 2/1.5 Pood (25# KB)
    10 Kettle Bell Swings 2/1.5 Pood (25#)
    30 Yard Bear Crawl
    30 Yard Waiters Walk 2/1.5 Pood (25# KB–GOT THROUGH 3 ROUNDS AND A BEAR CRAWL. ENDED UP DOING AN EXTRA WAITERS WALK BECAUSE I SCREWED UP THE ROTATION!!)

    Warm Up – 250 Meter Row then

    10 Thruster 45#/35#
    10 Up/Downs 10 GHR
    20 Sit Ups
