10 Box jump overs (20″/14)

10 KB swings (70#/55#)

5 Box jump overs (20″/14″)

5 Thrusters (115#/75#)

Rest 1 minute in between rounds

    My apologies to the 6am class for misinterpreting the box jump over movement. Instead of lateral jumps, they should have been straight over the box.

      Dan, you are absolutely right, but for some reason I was dead set on lateral box jumps. I was off my game. Look at this way, you will be ready for them when they come up in a future WOD.
