    @Patty, yes you guys can come 3:30-4ish. I have Foundations at 3:30 and 4:45, but Larry & Jax can take care of you.

    Worked on a deadlift & SDHP review then did a WOD attempt. I Think I managed to do 1 sort of round with Rx weight then was absorbed in the burpee tsunami. Tried to lower weight half way through maybe pulled off another round at the end.. I ended up in a ball of sweat on the ground so I know whatever I managed to do was effective.

    Thanks to Pete, Larry and Jackson for all of the help yesterday. Working around the bad shoulder sucks, but workouts like yesterday’s still kick my ass and make me feel like I’m accomplishing something productive during the healing process. Can’t wait to be back to normal!
