August 4, 2011I’ll have to let you know tomorrow Nick. We just landed in Newark and besides the fact that I haven’t seen Paige in over a week, I have a bunch of Foundations sessions tomorrow. Can you make it at 6:00?
By the way, nice modification on today’s WOD, but if you scale the reps it’s not considered “RX’d” or “as prescribed”. Make sure that you note that in your log book.
