    19:31 Rx but did 40-25-10 pull ups. Is it possible to come and make up a workout at four tomorrow. Please let me know when you can.

      I’ll have to let you know tomorrow Nick. We just landed in Newark and besides the fact that I haven’t seen Paige in over a week, I have a bunch of Foundations sessions tomorrow. Can you make it at 6:00?

      By the way, nice modification on today’s WOD, but if you scale the reps it’s not considered “RX’d” or “as prescribed”. Make sure that you note that in your log book.
