Last WOD of 2011!

Regular hours today. Closed tomorrow.

 

 

Murph

For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

      Wow, how fast did you run the 1 mile in the beginning and at the end?

        Me and nick came in just under 6:00 for the first mile- route was just shy of a mile- the last one was probably around 7 something
